My Answer:
Social media expert is a person who is good at different communication media - like writing emails,blogs & participating in discussion forums.
Social media expert has to be good at search engine optimization also eventually when writing blogs. Social Networking/Media Expert are the ones who have to be master at not only making more connections with different people but being in touch with them regularly through email/sms/blogs/discussion forums and providing real value to everyone by publishing useful content.
There are many so called experts out there, so beware!!! Ask below 5 basic questions to any social Networking/Media expert and then evaluate by yourself.
1. How frequently do you contact all your friends on social media sites or how frequently do you recommend to be in contact with your friends on social media sites?

Yesterday I had a meeting with a prospective client who was interested in our Email Marketing in Ahmedabad & SMS Marketing in Ahmedabad.
